“Beauty isn’t just physical, but also mental, emotional and spiritual.” More and more (young) people want to look like their avatars on social media. This sounds strange at first, but what happens if this trend will continue? Beauty wouldn’t be rare or exclusive anymore. Dr. Felix Bertram argues that this isn’t a new phenomenon. Humans have actually altered their looks for thousands of years. In his talk, Felix will take a look at the trend of beautification and its consequences for our society.
