Steffen Erath is Head of Innovation & Sustainability at Hansgrohe SE, where he is responsible for the company’s innovation division. He founded the Hansgrohe InnoLab, which was recognized by Capital in 2022 and 2023 as Germany’s best innovation lab. With the power of innovation, he plays a pivotal role in driving Hansgrohe’s green transformation.
Through Erath Ventures, he also supports European GreenTech startups. Steffen is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and the Steinbeis Business School, a jury member for the German Founders Award – and author of the book Planet Centered Innovation.
