The publishing program ranges from specialist books, non-fiction books, guidebooks, specialist encyclopedias, trade journals and children’s books to digital services. As part of the Herder Group, Kitalino and QiK are expanding the company portfolio, which stands for openness, innovation and a change of perspective. At their three locations in Freiburg, Munich and Berlin, 200 colleagues work in teams on digital and print solutions on “helping people in their time” — in line with this year’s TEDxFreiburg motto “Silver Linings”!
